The Awesome Tribeca Grill and the Best Chocolate Cake Ever!

Hey guys, If you love Chocolate cake and DeNiro as much as I do, You will love this little story.

My boyfriend and I spent St Patricks Day 2009 in New York City.

It was an amazing trip and of course we watched the parade, (as long as it was) (and I mean loooooong)

One of days we were on the Subway heading back from Battery Park, We had just gone to see the Statue of Liberty. 

The subway broke down after the first stop! It was a nice day so we decided to walk. 

We walked from one stop after Battery Park to Tribeca.

There we found the Tribeca Grill, The restaurant Robert DeNiro owns with Restaurateur Drew Nieporent.

He had lunch there, Let me tell you guys it was amazing. The Food, The decor and the atmosphere.

The staff were super friendly and I got the best piece of chocolate cake I have ever tasted in my life.

Look how pretty it looked, I almost didn't want to eat it, it looked so good.

But I am so glad I did. Nommy doesn't even cover it.

If you get the chance I would totally check it out.

Make Up First thing and like 10 hours later.

 Hey guys,

So the other day I conducted an experiment for you all.

I applied my make up before I went to work and took pics, Then took some more when  I got home 10 hours later. I will list the products below.

The only really issues I had was the eyeliner on the waterline had to be reapplied twice. Over the course of the day.

Vaseline on my Eyelashes (I take a break from Mascara during the week if I can)

And that's it, As you can see it looks just as good 10 hours later as it did when I first applied it.

FOTD trying to make myself look a little less exhausted.

Hey guys, So I am on my lunch break at work and I thought I would show you the Make Up I have on today to try and Make myself look less exhausted.

 I took these pictures with my phone so they are kind of Crap lol.

As you can see from the pic of my whole face I have massive dark circles. I didn't want to cake make up on so I have no foundation or concealer on. Brave I know. I figure I'm only in work Hiding in a cubicle, I'' be fine.

It is realtively nuetral and I did this in the car this morning when my bf was driving me too work, Note to self wait until the car is stationary before applying Mascara!

Elf Cosmetics Haul.

Hey lovelies, I got some Elf goodies lately so here they are and my thought on them.

I got a Studio Cream eye liner in Black, I am going to compare this with the Inglot Gel liner and Mac Blacktrak.

Studio Tinted Lip Balm in Mellow Melon.

The tinted lip balm is massive look at the difference between it and the cream liner.

Smells like Cocoa Butter, Lip Sun tan lotion.

This is it swatched on my hand and my lips.

Eye Brightening Eye liner in Black

Eye Widener in Pearl White

I really like the pearl white it is like a slim pearl version of NYX Jumbo eye pencil in Milk.

Essentials Radiance Blusher in Innocence.

This might be a little pale for my skin type.

Having said that I love the radiance blushers.

More Essentials Quads I love these.

I got Luxe, Day 2 Night and Rocker.

Day 2 Night is my fav of these 3 quads. But I love them all.

Studio Lip Stains.

I like these too, However if your lips are anyway rough or chapped and you wanna wear this on a night out,

I would spend the whole day piling on the Conditioning Lip Balm. 

I got 5 of the All over cover sticks.

I had Pink Lemonade in the Facial Whip so that is why I didn't get that one.

Top Right Image (Left to Right) Toasted, Lilac Petal, Golden Peach, Spotlight and Persimmon.

Swatched on my arm (Left to Right) Lilac Petal, Golden Peach, Spotlight, Persimmon, Toasted.

I like this best when I am not wearing foundation.

I use Toasted on my Temples, Top of Forehead and to Contour my cheeks.

Persimmon as my Blush colour.

Spotlight as the Highlight.

Some Items are a bit more but mostly these prices are correct.

Avon Haul

I got a few things from Avon the other day and I thought I'd show yall.

Kajal Liner in black

It has a pretty design but it feels like it would be a bit harsh for the eyes.

Glimmer stick diamonds

Black ice

Plum (something it isn't hand sorry guys)

These are quite nice, would add a nice bit of sparkle to a night out.

Hey guys,

I got some stuff from Eyeko recently and I wanted to test it all out before I blogged about them.

Here they are.

Eyeko Tinted Cream, This leaves a lovely glow to your skin, I am quite pale and My friend is really tanned and it worked for both of us. It is also really moisturising.

Eyeko Fat Balm in Raspberry,

This smells amazing. Last a few hours before you need to re-apply, It is very hydrating.

Swatches with and without flash.

Eyeko Lip Gloss in Portobello,

I wasn't a massive fan of this just because it is a little sticky and I'm not a fan of sticky formulations.

It smells really good though.

Eyeko Graffiti Liners. I got Black, Purple and Blue.

I love these, I have used one like every other day since I got them.

So easy to apply.

(Excuse my eye brows, I couldn't find my regular brow powder so I improvised.

Shine and Line pencil. I like the colours, The black end is quite creamy and creases a bit.

If you packed eyeshadow over it I reckon it would last all day.

Liptastik in Loud Mouth

I love this, Super creamy just like a balm,

Great colour pay off.

This soap smells like Lime syrup awesomeness,

Left my skin so soft and not dry at all, Colour me surprised as everything seems to dry out my skin.

It is practically luminous Green which I love.

Smells subtle on the skin afterwards not overpowering like some shower gels.

This one lathers up super well. Smells amazing on the skin.

I love this soap, Being a soap I expected it to dry out my skin, especially since I used it on my face. But no, My skin felt and super clean.

A Review, Teapigs Tea and Giveaway

Hey Guys, 

I ordered the Piglet Cheeky from Teapigs ->here

Which is 12 Sample packs of different teas (2 Tea temples of Each)

They are as follows:

Mao Feng Green Tea, This is a really strong green tea, if you like green tea you'll love this, it was just a bit strong for me.

Lemon and Ginger, This has a mild lemon taste, it was a little boring but is a nice refreshing drink.

Chai Tea, This one wasn't for me it is nice but I couldn't drink it all the time but the smell, my god the smell is amazing. Smell like indian food and Christmas, all cinnamon and cardamon. Yum!

Popcorn Tea, Yes! Popcorn although it tastes more like green tea with rice krispies in it, It is nice though.

Chocolate Flake Tea, This one is lovely strong black tea with a coco undertone, nice to drink.

Peppermint Leaves, This is so refreshing especially after a heavy dinner.

Licorice and peppermint, I wasn't brave to try this one, Will have to brave it.

Organic Rooibos, This is a really nice tea, I prefer this one with Milk instead of black but very nice.

Camomile Tea, I didn't like this one, But I don't like Camomile in general, My Mom loved this one, Said it tasted like Apple Charlotte.

Super Fruit, Again I don't like Fruit teas, This one was ok, it tastes like stewed cranberries and blueberries.

Darjeeling Earl Gray, This was a lovely earl gray, Really easy to drink.

English Breakfast, Really good quality black tea.

I also bought a sample pack of two others to try.

Creme Caramel Tea, This is lovely strong black to with an under current of caramel, sweet but not too sweet. I really like this one.

Jasmine Pearls, I love love love this one, Best Jasmine Tea I have ever tasted. It is gorgeous! 

I like that you can get the sample packs to try so you don't have a load of full packets of tea you don't really like. Sample packs are perfect.

They also come in 50g Loose tins and 15 Temple bags.

I am totally going to order a full packet of Jasmine Pearls and Creme Caramel.

I thought I'd share my Face of the Day.

It is pretty minimal, Took about five minutes just before I got into the car this morning for work.
